Industry Minister Basnet admitted to ICU

KATHMANDU, AUG 16 - Industry Minister Mahesh Basnet has been admitted to the ICU section of Gatthaghar-based Citizens Community Hospital after complaining of severe abdominal pain early this morning.
Hospital Director Gopi Krishna Neupane informed that Minister Basnet was admitted to the ICU section of the hospital at around 3 am today morning.
The National News Agency has quoted Neupane saying that the minister will undergo a surgery for appendicitis at 10 am today.
